As I’ve said before, I have to be careful about how I write about things on this blog because of compliance rules. So if you have a question about anything I write about, or are confused, just contact me and I’ll explain things clearly. ~ The other day a friend of mine told me about a friend of hers who was dealing with a skin irritation. She recommended applying Lavender and Frankincense essential oils topically on the areas to help soothe her skin and even it out. I have heard of this ‘recipe’ before and know that it can be helpful at smoothing and eliminating some lumps and bumps that can arise on the skin sometimes. A lot of these issues are related to sun exposure, bug bites, seasonal conditions and food sensitivity. A pure essential oil, like the brand I use and share, can naturally help support our skin in a very calming way. By doing some research you can find out which oils are the most commonly used for the skin. I’ll share a few of them with you right now… Melaleuca, Arborvitae, Geranium, Helichrysum, Lemon, Myrrh, Eucalyptus, and our skin clearing blend. ( ask me about this one personally ) ~ I’ve written a lot about the skin over the years so go up to the Search window at the top of this page and type in SKIN. Everything I’ve written about it will pop up. And if you have any additional questions or comments, send them in or give me a call!
Have a great day! Jana
