No, this blog isn’t about another female dog… it’s about anger, hostility, emotional distress, unhappiness, frustration, and all the things that make people lash out in Bitch-Mode. I don’t know if it’s my daily use of essential oils that has toned down my emotions and reactions over the years, but when I meet someone who is clearly distressed and acting out in anger, I want to do what comes naturally to me and say, ‘ Hey, I’ve got an oil for you.’ Sharing doTERRA’s pure oils with people has been a blessing for me and that’s mostly because I get to see the results of the use of the oils when people try them out in my presence. Unlike other protocols, our oils can be beneficial from the moment you apply them topically to key points on your body. And there’s nothing better than feeling immediate benefits, especially when it comes to unwanted negative emotions. ~ So, which oils should you try when you feel like you need an attitude adjustment? My favorites to suggest are: the Balance blend, Melissa, Roman Chamomile, our Serenity blend, Jasmine, the Peace blend, Wild Orange, Clary Sage, our Cheer blend, Frankincense, Lavender, and Ylang Ylang, just to name a few. You can also make up your own blends by mixing certain oils together and putting them in a roller ball bottle with fractionated coconut oil for easy application when you need it.
