Europe is old and a lot of the streets and walkways are made up of cobblestones. When I was in Prague and traveling around with my group, most of the places we went took long walks all over the city. It was absolutely beautiful, but not so great at the end of the day when your feet are barking at you for not wearing the proper foot wear for this activity. On one of these days I got back to the hotel and took my shoes off to find that my feet and ankles had swollen up to the size of elephant feet… it was horrible. I had never had this happen before, even after flying. Anyway, I had a lot of my oils with me so I pulled them out of my pack and decided to use our Frankincense and Copaiba oils to see if they could help. Before bed that night I massaged Frankincense oil all over the bottom, sides, and ankle area of my feet. Basically, everywhere that was affected. I did the same thing with the Copaiba oil too. I also decided to take the oils internally in a gel capsule by putting 2 drops of each of these oils in it and swallowing. When I woke up the next day I couldn’t believe how normal my feet looked, and either could my friends. They had also experienced similar effects because none of us had the right shoes, and one woman was wearing sandals all day… yikes! Anyway, both of these essential oils work well on puffy areas, helping to support the tissues to get back to normal fast. If I hadn’t of seen it with my own eyes and experienced it, I might not have believed it. ~ If you’d like to talk to me for more details, get a hold of me any time.
