I have talked and talked about our emotions and finding balance in our lives so many times on this blog that I could never count all the times. A lot of people that use doTERRA’s essential oils know about the oils that can help to support emotional balance, and the newbies coming into the world of essential oils love getting this information because emotions and support are a top draw for people. For those who are wondering what the definition of Emotional Balance is, here’s what I found for you… Emotional Balance is the ability of the mind and body to maintain equilibrium and flexibility in the face of challenge and change. It promotes physical health and is a prerequisite for personal well-being and growth. ~ A lot of people support this balance by doing things that make them feel good, like exercising, working on hobbies, traveling, etc. And some people have chosen to practice meditation or yoga which can include the application of certain essential oils for many benefits. I usually talk to people one-on-one whenever I can so that they can experience the oils for themselves and then know which ones ‘speak’ to them. Some of my favorites include: our Whisper blend, Jasmine oil, the Balance blend, Siberian Fir, our Peace blend, Clary Sage, and Magnolia oil. These are all winners for myself, but might not be everyone’s choice. When you can smell all of the oils and apply them to your skin you will know immediately which ones you will want to choose.
