A few days ago I was sharing oils with a group of about ten when the subject came up about weight management and which oils might be beneficial for that. I gave everyone a sample of our Metabolic blend; Slim & Sassy, in a cup of water and everyone loved it. I also explained how it helped to suppress the appetite and give the feeling of natural energy, along with it’s cleansing abilities. People always like it when they get to sample the oils because it takes the guesswork out of it. They know immediately if they like something or if they don’t. ~ Right after this event I received an email from a reader sharing her own ‘recipe’ for weight targets and it was news to me so I thought I’d share. Apparently, when you add 2 drops of Patchouli essential oil and 2 drops of Ginger oil into a gel capsule and swallow, you are getting natural benefits for your body. The oils work together to suppress the appetite and have you craving less food in general. It also helps with the issue of fluid retention I’ve been told. This is such great news for so many, especially if you are looking for a natural way to cleanse and support your body. More and more people are turning to options that are plant based and essential oils are right in that category.
