Today is Thanksgiving here in the states and I am feeling pretty full of gratitude today. Even with some of the rough stuff that my family is facing, we all try to stay focused on the blessings that we all have. One of the big things that I’m grateful for is the amount of information coming out of doTERRA Corporate about some of the newer essential oils. The breakdown of the oils has been an education and because this info is public, anyone can learn about it if they choose to. The other day I started using Turmeric oil by putting a little of it right on the roof of my mouth. Some of the benefits of doing this is that the chemical constituents in the oil can help to support certain areas of our bodies, including our brain. Right now this has been a focus for me since my recent accident so I’ve been using the regulars, like Frankincense, Copaiba, Ginger… plus our LLV Vitamins for overall support. Anyway, because of this I was able to hike up my mountain yesterday morning. It’s been over a month and yesterday I just felt ready to make the climb. I’ll be honest, I didn’t go my usual route up the butt-kicker back side, but I easily conquered the front side and have experienced zero negative issues since. ~ There are many ‘favorite’ categories that I like to research in regards to our special oils, but the main one right now is neurological support. There is so much information coming out now it’s like a tidal wave. If you’re at all interested in learning more, type in: SESQUITERPENES in the Search window at the top of this page and a blog I wrote about 4 years ago will come up. It’s a short, easy way to learn just a little more.
Happy Thanksgiving, Everyone! Jana
