This past week has been a blur because I am in an extremely busy time with doTERRA right now. Because of this, I haven’t made the best of judgement calls the past few days. On Thursday night I went into downtown San Diego for a networking event which had me parking several blocks away. I had high heels on, which I rarely wear anymore, and the sidewalk was made out of cobblestones. Long story short, by the end of the evening my feet were screaming at me. Now, that’s bad enough but it was made worse when I refused to cancel a walk around Lake Murray with a girlfriend yesterday. This is a 6 1/2 mile trek and not for wimps. Understandably, my feet are pretty ravaged after the last two days. Luckily I have my oils and I immediately started using them. I started with the Copaiba oil because this oil is new and I have been really pleased with it. It helps to soothe and calm the areas on our bodies that are overworked and in discomfort. After I massaged that into the souls of my feet for a few minutes, I applied a little bit of our Deep Blue Rub; one of our most popular products, all over the bottoms and tops of my feet, including my toes. Then I sat with my feet up for about 20 minutes, letting the oils cool and relax my poor, overworked tootsies. I will continue to do this for the next few days because next week is going to be another doozy of a week and I need my feet in tip-top shape! ~ Some of the other oils you can use for situations like this are: Frankincense, Helichrysum, Lavender, Lemongrass, Basil, Wintergreen, Peppermint, Siberian Fir, Marjoram, Cypress, the AromaTouch blend, PastTense blend, and the Deep Blue oil blend.
Have a great day! Jana
