Back in 2013 I wrote a blog about taking certain oils in a gel capsule when you feel like you’ve been around people who may have a ‘bug’ that could possibly be passed around. The oils that I wrote about for this Bug Bomb recipe were: Melaleuca, On Guard, Oregano, Thyme, Frankincense, and Lemon essential oils. In one of my recent blogs I described this recipe for people in need but I forgot to include Thyme oil… which was in the original recipe. A reader recently contacted me about this slip because all of those years ago she had written this recipe down and had been using it for her family when she thought they could use some natural support. When she saw my newer post she contacted me so I could change my recipe back to the original one. ~ When things like this happen I actually love it. I am so happy that people are occasionally jumping on my site and reading what I have to share. And this lady was right… Thyme oil is very well known for its protective properties and it should be included when you are defending your health. Thyme oil is one I use a lot when I cook, but it’s also great for some respiratory targets, female specific issues, concentration, the digestion, overworked muscles and joints, emotional support, hair and scalp issues, and cardiovascular support. If you have any time to research this amazing oil you might find that it’s one you want to have on hand for many different things. doTERRA’s Thyme oil is safe to take internally, it’s safe to diffuse in the air, and it’s supportive when applied topically for certain needs. If you’d like more info on this oil, simply type in THYME in the Search window on this page and everything I’ve written about it will pop up… including the post from 2013!
Have a great day! Jana
