So many people have been asking me how I use certain oils lately so I figured it was time to do a little review. Let’s start with a few popular ways to use Lemon essential oil. First, by just putting 2 to 3 drops in your drinking water during the day can help cleanse your body in a natural way and freshen your mouth as well. You can also use our Lemon oil to clean surfaces in the kitchen and bathroom, including most of your appliances like the microwave and the refrigerator. ~ The next oil I’ll talk about is our Peppermint oil. This is another oil that has hundreds of uses, like soothing overworked muscles and cooling overheated skin during the summer or after a workout. You can rub some on your forehead to relieve head tension, and you can cool tired feet by applying some on the bottoms of the feet when needed. ~ Then we have one of my favorites, Copaiba oil. This gem can support your body in so many ways but one of the most popular ways is taking the place of some store bought products to relieve tension and discomfort in many parts of the body. This is one of the oils that I use almost every day and more and more people are doing the same. ~ Our Slim & Sassy oil is always a hit with both men and women who are looking for a way to manage their appetite and boost weight management targets. ( contact me for details on this… it sounds a bit vague here) ~ Another popular oil is our Breathe blend which covers almost everything for our respiratory system.
