This blog post is going to focus on choices and how bombarded we all are on a daily basis regarding them. We make choices every day about the food we buy, the places we go, the products we use, and so much more. We try to make the right choices for our families and the outcome we are looking for so doing a little research before a purchase might be a good thing to do. A friend of mine shared a story with me recently because she was so frustrated with a situation she had gotten herself into. I want to share this because it’s important… ‘Tina’ was doing some online shopping over a month ago, looking for some face shields/masks because of the looming need for them. The company she ordered from had a beautiful website, an online commercial, and were Veteran run. She plunked down about $30 for an order of 5 face shields and was excited to receive them in the 5 to 7 day window the company promised. Fast forward to today… no product, no invoice #, no answer to emails or calls, nothing. Her account was charged though, so that money was deleted from her bank account. She went online to research the company and found reviews going back 3 years of complaints. It was eye opening how bad this company was. She was so angered that she hadn’t done a check on them before purchasing because the reviews were all right in front for anyone to see. Lesson learned, but now she’s out time, $, and has no product. ~ Let me turn this around to doTERRA, natural health options, essential oils, and a well run company. In the nine years that I’ve been with doTERRA I’ve never heard of any issues with getting or returning product. We have a call in center with live people to assist you and also a CHAT line if you prefer that. Our shipping department runs like a dream, and updates are emailed in a timely manner. This is the way companies should be run so I wanted to share this info with you here. Don’t be afraid to look up the company you are about to do business with, because if they are on the up & up, you will find that out immediately!
