When you start using essential oils one of the first things that concerns people is knowing which oils to buy. What do you start with? How many should you buy at first? How much is too much, and how many is not enough? I always tell people to pick two or three things they want to target, like head tension, digestive support, child care, etc. Then I suggest the oils and products that I would personally use, or the ones that I believe will be the best for their specific needs. Everyone is different so you can personalize the oils and experience for each person. Examples of this are the oils I recommended for Darleen and her targets. She was interested in oils that could support her airways and help her respiratory system so I suggested she try our Breathe blend of oils and the Respiratory Drops. She also has dry skin on her hands that she wanted a good cream for so I suggested she try our Replenishing Body Butter because it’s really soothing and absorbs into the affected areas but still leaves a non-greasy ‘layer’ on the skin for lingering support. And then she wanted to know about anything that could support a good nights rest so I of course recommended our Serenity Restful Blend supplements.
