When something happens to our furry friends our first reaction is to spring into action and take care of the issues. I have 3 dogs and 1 cat and there’s always something going on with them… When things pop up at least I know I have some things at my home that can help. Here is a list of essential oils that I use all the time and they always come in handy… #1: Melaleuca oil, or Tea Tree oil, this oil is great for the skin. Apply topically to the areas of concern and try to get a little bit in them internally if you can. I put a tiny amount of the oil on my finger and just let them lick it off. Most of the dogs like the taste because it’s similar to chewing on a tree limb I believe. #2: Our Digestive blend. This has helped my dogs maintain a normal working digestive system… use the same way I described using the Melaleuca oil. #3: White Fir oil, this oil is very calming to all animals and they are actually drawn to it’s scent. When you diffuse this oil in a room you are in, most every pet will come into that room. #4: Our Calming and our Grounding blends: These 2 oil blends have proven over and over to be a calming addition to any home. Both people and animals will benefit greatly after incorporating these oils in their home. The Grounding blend has been a top 10 favorite of mine since day one. #5: Lemongrass oil, You can apply this oil directly to legs, joints, muscles and feet for a positive, soothing effect when certain things occur. #6: Geranium oil, this is another great oil to have on hand for cleansing and calmness… you can safely use these oils straight, or you can dilute them with a carrier oil, like our fractionated coconut oil or extra virgin olive oil. If you have a small pet, I recommend always diluting the oils. ~ For more detailed information on the oils I use and share, contact me directly. My contact information is under my signature below.
