As I write this blog I have the local news on and I just heard that in the last six days the city where I live got almost five inches of rain. That is a huge amount of rain for this area and we needed it so badly but I am happy that we are going to have a few days of a break to dry out. My backyard is so saturated that my poor dog won’t go past the concrete patio area right now. Anyway, yesterday I had a bad-mood day which is rare for me. The continuous rain and clouds made me an emotional wreck so I ended up pulling out one of my all-time favorite essential oils, Clary Sage. I decided to diffuse it and I’m so glad I did. The scent restored my good mood almost immediately and I ended up getting a lot more done than I thought I would. So, this made me think about all of you oil users out there… what are some of your go-to oils and how do you use them?
