Today I wanted to focus on an oil that I’ve talked about before but I think it gets overlooked a lot of the time. When you talk about a pepper oil, most people think of Black Pepper, not the more unknown Pink Pepper oil, so let’s focus on that right now. ~ doTERRA sources their Pink Pepper oil from Kenya and the oil is steam distilled from the pepper corns. There are many uses for Pink Pepper essential oil, some of which are supporting the cardiovascular system, some skin targets, muscle and joint support, some fungal targets, mouth and gum health support, weight management focus, respiratory support, and immune system support. And using this oil as a food flavoring is becoming really popular because the flavor of it is milder than Black Pepper and people like me prefer that. And when you use this oil as an ingredient in some meat marinades, it brings a fresh pop of flavor that you can’t find anywhere else. I know a lot of cooks who always have this oil in their kitchen because it can be used for so many things. ( soups, dressings, sauces, etc. ) ~ Cellular health is another topic that people are interested in because our cells are the building blocks of our entire bodies. Essential oils are active at the microscopic, cellular levels of our bodies and Pink Pepper oil, like Frankincense oil, can help you maintain healthy cellular function and overall cellular health. This subject can be explored in depth so if it interests you, please use my contact information below to get a hold of me anytime for more details! ~ Another way to use Pink Pepper oil is to diffuse it in the air and some of the other oils that work well with this oil are Clary Sage, Eucalyptus, Lavender, Frankincense, Spearmint, and Patchouli oils. This method can support alertness and eliminate brain-fog, among other natural benefits.
Have a great day! Jana
