Who knew I’d ever be writing about being in a quarantine situation, but here we are. The past 20 + days have been interesting to say the least and every day there is something new that pops up that we all have to digest and follow. I’m talking about mandatory rules, or as the powers that be tell us, ‘strong recommendations’ about how we go about our days. People are being shut out from normal activities like hiking; they have closed all parks, mountains, and even the beach,… no stores are open except what they consider ‘essential’, like grocery stores, banks, post offices, automotive shops, vets, etc. No more gyms, hobby stores, restaurants; except for take out, department stores, etc. It’s a whole new world and most of us are not comfortable in it. Don’t get me wrong, I know there’s a reason behind it, but it still is a crazy new way of life. ~ One of the things most of us are doing is wearing a cloth mask of some sort when we go out of our homes. For the past week this has been normal for me but I wanted to share something that I’ve been doing to support my respiratory system. doTERRA has an essential oil blend called Breathe and I’ve talked about it on here many times. I use this oil all the time for personal targets but I’ve been spritzing some of this blend on the inside of my cloth mask before I put it on everyday. If you have any respiratory targets you want to support, this oil will soothe and calm most of them every time you take a breath in. This is something I recommend highly so if you want detailed info about this oil, contact me directly! ~ Diffusing many of our oils in your home all day while you’re cooped up can be a mood enhancing experience, plus it can help relieve emotional ups and downs. I like to diffuse Serenity, Balance, Peace, Wild Orange, or any of the Fir oils to relax my household, but there are so many more options available. We can talk about that as well when you reach out to me, plus so many more beneficial things the oils offer.
Enjoy your day! Jana
