No, I’m not talking about me… I’m talking about our Jasmine essential oil and how people in India refer to this amazing oil. Jasmine typically blooms during the night so that’s how it got its nick name. Not only does Jasmine have one of the most beautiful scents, it is also well known for its ability to support emotions and balance moods. I am a big fan of Jasmine and I often just uncap the bottle to inhale the scent of the oil. I love how by just doing this small thing I am able to relax and settle myself down when I am feeling over burdened. Another favorite way for people to use this oil is by diffusing it in a room they are relaxing in. You really only need about 3 drops in a typical water based diffuser to have the mist last for about 6 to 8 hours, depending on the diffuser. Jasmine oil is a little pricey but it’s well worth it for the benefits it produces. ~ Some of the other ways people use this oil are for easing congestion, other respiratory targets, some skin care, female specific targets, outer-eye health, in teas and juices as an internal support, and many other things that can be common in people. A friend of mine likes to use Jasmine essential oil in her face cream when she applies it at night. She believes it has helped to soften the skin on her cheeks and around her eyes. She is a cyclist and her face takes a pounding from the elements. The relief she experiences just by doing this one small thing has added a lot of positives to her routine. ~ Jasmine oil is an oil that is in several of our skincare and balancing products as well, including the Hydrating Facial Cream, and the Centering blend of oils. It’s definitely a popular oil and one you might think about purchasing.
Have a great day! Jana
