Who else finds themselves too easily distracted from routines that may benefit us? I know that for the past month my entire routine has been totally messed up and I really needed to get a grip and get back on track. After my recent move, during which my mom had an unexpected surgery come up, I was constantly behind in my obligations and activities. My flow was gone and I had to really make an effort to get back to my program. And once I did get back to it I realized how much easier it is to be in control of my time than to be out of control with it. And one of the things that I was totally messed up on was my exercise routine. My old home was right next to a huge park where I would hike almost daily, plus Cowles mountain was less than a 5 minute drive away. Now I have a totally different reality but it’s still good, so I had to make the shift and get into a new routine here. I’m actually loving it and that’s why I wanted to talk about routines today and why they are so important. ~ Our personal healthcare is important too, and we all have our own way of addressing our own needs. Some of us need more attention paid to oral health, while others might need to concentrate on respiratory targets. And if you’re an athlete, maybe muscle and joint support is what you desire. Whatever it is, I’ve been teaching people about natural options for the past many years and I’m happy to share that I’m able to concentrate on this fully now.
