Since I returned home from my trip last weekend, I have been very proactive in taking my supplements and the essential oils that can support my body. Airline travel is always sketchy because you’re basically sitting in a tube for several hours with people who are in all states of health. Your airways will become clear and any stuffy feelings will start to ease away. ~ There are more oils than this to use when you want to support your body during this time of year but this gives you a good start.
