Oh, how I wish this statement were true. For the past few weeks I have been dealing with one issue after another when it comes to my website, blog, new updates for my system, technology I don’t understand, etc. It’s kept my site down for periods of time, locked me out, had me calling people for help, and elevated my anxiety levels unbelievably. Normally I can sit back and look at things with an open mind but I think with all of the other stresses going on in the world I let the situation get the best of me and I had some real downer days. I’ve never been a control freak but I do need to fix things quickly when they’re ‘broken’ so not having that ability made me semi-crazy. Now, the next thing I’ll say is that I normally talk about diffusing my essential oils to help me relax, or I talk about applying certain ones topically on pulse points to decrease elevated emotions because it helps to support me, but today I wanted to let you know that the one thing that has really helped me this past week was getting outdoors. Just breathing in fresh air, hiking in a new spot, taking a long walk on the beach, even just walking around the area that I live was so helpful that I wanted to comment on it. It costs no extra money to get outdoors, no matter where you’re located, to get a new outlook and take you away from the point of anxiety whenever you need it. Nature holds a lot of helpful positives and when you get out in it and observe what’s around you, you will see and feel the benefits immediately. So, no matter what is going on in your life, take some time to get outdoors whenever possible because it can be so helpful every single time!
