Some of my favorite essential oils are doTERRA’s Fir oils. We have three, although one, White Fir, has been retired. If you are one of the lucky ones who happens to have a bottle or two of White Fir in your house, use it with love because I’ve been told it won’t be coming back. In it’s place though is our Siberian Fir oil and the scent of it is almost identical. A few years ago when we were told White Fir was being retired, I was seriously depressed. I used to diffuse that oil in my house around my pets to keep them calm, plus it was so beneficial to all the humans in my house as well. Luckily it was easy to replace with the Siberian Fir so my depression wasn’t long lived. ~ The last Fir oil is our Douglas Fir and it has a sweeter scent than the other two oils in my opinion. All of these oils are grounding and calming and so many people turn to them when they want emotional balance support. When you diffuse these oils or just put a drop on a cotton ball and place around your home, the calming, soothing effects can be felt quickly. All of these Fir oils are great for anyone who likes the outdoors; hiking, climbing mountains, camping, you name it, these types of people will always appreciate the benefits gained from using these oils. ~ Some of the other benefits from these oils are: circulation support, respiratory targets, muscle and joint reliever, focus and concentration, and some seasonal targets among other things. When using any of these oils topically we recommend diluting the oil with a carrier oil if you have sensitive skin or concerns. It’s best to be cautious when you are new to using essential oils so feel free to contact me with any questions you might have.
Have a great day! Jana
