Feeling tired is a concern for many people and when lack of sleep is common, life can be more difficult than it needs to be. I have people sharing their stories of needing naps because they only got five hours of sleep, or feeling like they could fall asleep while walking, or worse, driving. And a lot of people share that when they do lie down at night they are so overtired that the quality of their sleep is terrible.
