If I made a list of common health care targets, like itchy skin, and a list of essential oils that could help these targets, would you know how to match the oil with the health target? You might be able to if you’ve had a lot of personal experience with oils, or maybe if you’ve spent time researching them. Before I started to use essential oils I somehow knew that if you had a scratch on your skin, reaching for Lavender oil could support the skin after topical application. Information like that floats around and we absorb it into our subconscious, sometimes not even realizing it until something related comes up. Anyway, let’s look at a list of oils and a list of targets and see if you can match them up. And don’t worry, a lot of doTERRA’s oils can support more than one target. ~ OILS – Peppermint, Oregano, Lemon, Lavender, Tea Tree, Fennel, Clove, Frankincense, Copaiba, Wild Orange. HEALTH TARGETS – Oral Health, Skin Blemishes, Head Tension, Digestive Support, Emotional Balance Support, Fungal Targets, Internal Cleansing & Support, Muscle Support, Mood Booster, Respiratory Support. ~ Since I can’t get immediate feedback from you right now, I’ll go ahead and give some examples of matching the oils with the targets. First, Head Tension can be supported by Peppermint oil and Copaiba. Use Tea Tree oil for most skin support, like blemishes. Fennel can ease Digestive targets, and Lemon oil can support your body internally when you mix it with your drinking water. Oregano oil is our Fungal Go-To oil, and Oral Health can be supported with our Clove oil. Wild Orange and Lavender oils can support Moods and Emotions, and Frankincense is the King of Oils, meaning you can benefit from it for pretty much anything. ~ As always, there is much more info to share, so reach out to me anytime and let’s start you on your oil journey!
