I love what I do because I have the opportunity to meet so many people who I wouldn’t have met otherwise. There is always someone who seeks me out to ask me questions about the essential oils I share and the ways in which they can interact in people’s lives. And sometimes I meet with someone who is facing a more monumental issue who wants to learn about the mind-body connection, and the power of positive thinking. These are things that need to be learned, and practiced, almost on a daily basis to get people in the right thought process. There is a lot of negativity attached to certain diagnoses, but if you can train your mind to be hopeful, and learn how to stay in an upbeat attitude, this can change everything. I’ve seen it happen so I know what I’m talking about. People who have been told that they are facing an uphill battle can always help themselves just by how they think. ~ How many of you have ever been in a bad mood, depressed about how your life is going, not enjoying your job, your family life could use a shot of excitement, etc. And then something happens that changes your mindset completely and things start to turn around…. it could be a book you read, a quote that you saw, a CD you listened to, anything like that. I know for me, I always listen to certain motivational speakers on audio tapes when I’m driving. I do this regardless of my mood because it always reinforces what I already know; anything is possible and attitude IS everything. A lot of people will read this and disagree, but if you actually put this mindset as a priority, you will see for yourself that it does work. My life is proof of this and just recently I have had a shift in how my life is progressing, in a good way. It wouldn’t have happened if I hadn’t thought about it happening many months ago.
