People all over the planet are interested in creating better health routines for themselves because they want to shed some pounds, have more energy, support their immune system, and take care of their bodies in every way possible. One of the most popular things that a lot of people have had an interest in, at one time or another, is weight management and I get a lot of questions about this. Can some essential oils support our bodies when we are trying to unload extra weight? The answer is, Yes, some can. One of the first routines I got into when I first started using doTERRA’s oils was mixing some citrus oils in my drinking water every day. My favorite was adding 3 drops of Lemon oil to about 18 ounces of water and sipping on it. Then I moved up to our Slim & Sassy blend which has 5 oils in it: Grapefruit, Lemon, Peppermint, Ginger and Cinnamon. This mixture is a bit stronger so I only use about 2 drops in my drinking water at a time. I found that my body reacted to these oils in a natural way, cleansing and helping to ease my food cravings gently. Plus, the taste is wonderful and if you dislike drinking water because it’s boring, this will change all of that! ~ doTERRA has other oils that can be beneficial when you’re tired of those unwanted heavy feelings, like our Tangerine oil, Green Mandarin, Lime, and Pink Pepper oils.
