There are so many people going through a difficult time right now because of health concerns, work burdens, family struggles, etc., that I wanted to talk about how simple things may be able to relieve some pressure. A lot of people are uncertain what is in the future for them so anything we can do to minimize anxious feelings can be fully welcomed. After having a conversation recently with a friend who lost her job, she told me she was looking into meditation as a source of relaxation. She said she needed to regroup her thoughts and actions to prepare herself for what was coming next. And then, after never being interested in the essential oils I share, she asked me to talk to her about them. What was diffusing all about? How could it benefit her moods and emotional balance? How long would it take for them to calm her mind? … Obviously, I had the right things to share with her so I offered to loan her a diffuser for a couple of weeks and to give her a few samples of some of the oils I believed could be supportive for her. The oils I chose were our Anchor blend from our Yoga collection, Siberian Fir, our Peace blend, and Citrus Bliss. All of these oils are popular for diffusing, plus they can be applied topically to pulse points and also on clothing so the scent lasts all day. ( I usually apply just a small bit of oil on the inside of the collar of a shirt.) After people start to diffuse oils in their home the majority of them will want to continue doing this because the benefits can be felt quickly. If you want to relax, calm yourself, and just regroup, diffusing is one of the most positive things you can do.
Enjoy your day! Jana
