It’s half way through the month already and I’m so far behind… I have so many projects I need to finish, plus some I haven’t even started yet. One of which is writing up a list for some of my friends who wanted some tips on how I carry and use certain oils and products. Instead of just emailing them, I figured I’d come on here and make a post so everyone could look at it and maybe get some ideas to use themselves. First off, people want to know how to share the oils in an easy way. A lot of people are shy, or have a hard time starting a conversation about our oils with people, so here are some examples of how I share. ~ I always carry several sample sized bottles of oils with me and even a few of the normal sized bottles like Lemon. When I go out to eat I always order a glass of water and I pull out my Lemon oil and put a few drops in it and then I leave the bottle sitting by my glass. If people are curious they ask me about it and that starts a conversation. ~ When I hike I always carry my Breathe blend and my Peppermint oil so I can offer them to people if they need some support. The Breathe helps to clear airways, and the Peppermint oil is great to cool a body down by just rubbing some on the neck, chest, back of the arms, and the wrists. If you have a small spray bottle filled with water and a few drops of Peppermint, spritz that over body parts. ~ To clear a car of bad odors simply put 2 drops of any essential oil of your choice on a cotton ball and insert it in the vents of your car. The airflow will diffuse the scent of the oil throughout the interior of the car leaving a nice, refreshing scent. ~ There are so many other tips to share so I’ll make sure to add more in coming posts.
Have a great day! Jana
