There are so many people in the world who have a difficult time relaxing. I hear from a lot of people who are looking for safe, natural options to support them in their rest and sleep rituals. They are tired of pills and products that have too many ingredients in them and wonder if many of them are even safe. Who knows, but what I do know is that doTERRA has many essential oils that can help ease anxious feelings and help people unwind. This in turn can be beneficial when it comes to closing down for the night. A good nights sleep is what everybody hopes for so let’s take a look at some of the options that we offer.

After a long day many of us visualize being at home, wrapped up in a blanket on our couch, taking a soothing bath, or whatever it is that relaxes you personally. The first thing I do to unwind is to change into comfortable clothes and then turn on a couple of my diffusers. I have one in almost every room so depending on where I’m going to be, that’s the area I diffuse in. Topical application of these oils is best for achieving a calming rest, but you can diffuse any of them as well. Blue Tansy and Melissa might be best to use topically or to add just a drop to a cotton ball and place on a table or nightstand near you. Because of the cost of these oils you don’t want to get stressed out about it and defeat the purpose of getting rest. 🙂
