I’ll bet the majority of you know what I’m going to be talking about today… overindulging on alcohol. Yup, we are in the middle of a holiday weekend and a lot of people are going to events where alcohol is offered in copious amounts. It’s up to the individual to know their limits but sometimes things get out of control and people consume too much. Well, fear not… I have some suggestions about essential oils and how they can help you knock head tension and nausea to the curb in a natural way. ~ Peppermint oil is one of the top oils to have in your home if you need to relieve tension in your head. By applying it topically to the forehead, temples, and on the back of the neck, you will feel cooling relief quickly.
