The past few weeks have been so full, I don’t even know what’s been happening all of the time. Trying to juggle everything has been challenging but I’m handling it, just like most of you out there who are experiencing ‘life’ in all its beauty and commitments. Over this past weekend I was busy working on my website because there are some kinks to work out, as is usual when you completely upgrade and change your website. I’m not super technical so luckily I have help in that department. These kinks should be smoothed out shortly so thanks for your understanding and patience! ~ There are other kinds of ‘kinks’ that I’ve had to work out over the past few weeks too, including my sore feet from constant hiking on rough trails. It doesn’t matter that I wear good socks and have the right hiking boots, feet are going to suffer when they are pushed over their normal limits. The essential oils and doTERRA products I’ve been using are our Correct-X Ointment that is similar to the popular OTC ointment that most people are familiar with. Our Correct-X has Frankincense, Helichrysum, Cedarwood, Melaleuca, and Lavender oils in the ointment, and it soothes overworked skin as soon as you massage it into the affected area. I love this ointment and use it for a lot of things, including the rough skin that has formed on the balls of my feet. ~ Another way to soothe tired feet is to soak them in a tub of warm water with Epsom Salts and a few of our oils. Try using Lavender oil, or Peppermint, Eucalyptus, Geranium, or even Melaleuca oil… 3 to 4 drops is all you’ll need to comfort your tired tootsies! ~ And before bed, to really relax your feet, try our Deep Blue Rub by just massaging a pea sized amount over the entire foot. This rub will calm away any issues and help you get the rest that you need!
