Last night I made a point of going through my DVR taped shows and set about deleting the shows I knew I’d never have time to watch. One of the daily shows that I have been faithfully following for the past several years had been accumulating on my machine so I went through to see what guests were on, deleting the ones that had the least interesting guests for me. One of the guests is a certain female politician who is running for a government seat right now. I’m not a fan but I watched a portion of this show just to see how the host handled her. What I saw made me almost sad… the attention bestowed upon this woman was almost sugar coated. It was ridiculous. As I have mentioned more than 100 times on this blog, people need to do their homework when deciding on anything, including who is going to be placed in office for the security of our country. Look up people’s track records, research their backgrounds, dig through the cobwebs that cover forgotten acts and deeds. Our country, and the security of it, should be one of our top priorities right now. The world is changing and we need serious people, people who love this country, to lead it. ~ Since 9/11, one of the worst days in history, I have made a point about watching the news and staying informed. I may not feel the same way a lot of you do out there, but I make my decisions based on uncovering the facts and digesting the information. I believe that if we all did this, no matter what side you are on, the country would benefit greatly.
Tomorrow I will write about essential oils or the power of positive thinking…today was my day to rant a little… as always, I appreciate the ear…
Have a great day! Jana
